Okay I restore cars for a living customers give me their cash to make online purchases I was given {$3000.00} in cash to make an online purchase and to pay myself I took {$900.00} off that XXXX I deposited {$2100.00} to do my business to order paint and auto body supplies for the car I'm doing I did on a Sunday I ordered my stuff it never went through because the money never posted The machine broke as I was depositing the money it did not give me a receipt with the amount on the on that which I deposited so I called XXXX days later thought they would figure it out but they didn't My money never posted like it usually does so I called him and asked him hey where's my money and this is what you have to make a claim and I made a claim and then they help begin to help my money for XXXX working days when I deposited cash in there which is wrong and then even when I called and complained my situation where it made me look bad in front of my customer I was held up could not go to work because of this because I did not have the products I needed I was laughed at on the phone and they was told the same XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX over and over again and now the 10 days is almost up to see if they'll give you my money but I am want to make a plate I will be closing this account and I think they should be liable for the wages I've lost and for the fact it's scarred my reputation because I was given money and trusted in me to do to make some purchases and I wasn't able to it's put me in a bad situation and I don't appreciate being laughed at and XXXX they have a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX up policy excuse my language
