I tried to make a transaction to a site called XXXX that is a XXXX XXXX and I have a monthly subscription for it also which is {$99.00} on the XXXX of every month that's supposed to come out automatically every month and the only extra would be {$19.00} that's only maybe two or three times within a month sometimes less and it never goes through anymore after I did it the first time and I went through till somebody or someone or something is blocking me for making that transaction and I went through all the channels and everybody 's blooming everybody they're saying go to your bank the bank says go to the website I'm going back and forth I'm getting nowhere and I'm sick and tired of it and then because I keep trying this and that and going back and trying to see if it works and because I have to repeatedly do it they end up putting a block on my card and I can't do anything I can't get me food to eat I can't pay bills none of that all because of one thing that's repeatedly done and it's done only because I'm trying to get it through and try and different angles to see if it will work so I have to go back and try it again to get it to see if it's going to work and if it doesn't I try it again after 4 or 5 times I'm done and I don't try anymore and then they put a block not just to that site put to everything I even try and then I go and I verify all these transactions and then what happens Within a couple days later it happens again and it's supposedly gets resolved but then it happens again repeatedly over and over and over and over and over and over again this has been going on between XXXX and XXXX weeks off and on off and on and off and on and I've never had so much problems with this and to me from what I get from my branch that I go to physically customer service fraud department for me I feel as defraud Department that causing the problems because they are also saying that my phone number the only one that's in service can not be verified then I go to customer service and they're able to verify my phone number and able to send me a verification code to the phone number that I give them that only one that I can use for receiving codes or anything else then I go to my bank branch here where I live that I go to and same thing they go through everything and they're able to verify my phone number and after it verified they send me a one-time passcode to the phone that I gave them that is current and able to get calls text and stuff like that and it works and it then they tell me it's been verified through my bank branch but then I go to fraud department and they're trying to tell me it can't be verified that my branch has to verify it I tell them they've done that instead of doing what they should do on their side they once again for the third time tell me to go to my branch and have them do it when they've already done it more than one time I will end this by saying I am on XXXX and I get no other income this is the only income I get at all every month and this problem with blocking my card to be able to use it for my livelihood and they block it for more than just one thing they block it for every single thing is becoming a huge problem with my life because if I don't have food how do I eat I don't cuz I have no other source of income or anything to get food if I need it or anything else and just so you know and everybody else I've had other Banks and never never had I had this much problems that's ongoing back and forth and back and forth and back and forth I'm just fed up with it cuz it's messing up my entire living life cuz if I were to have to use it to pay rent I wouldn't be able to so I'd be out on the street XXXX when I can't go to my bank when it's closed!!!
