I paid off my dues with the XXXX in like XXXX. Somehow they did not communicate with other parties that were charge of collections and reported my dues as if I did not pay it off when in reality I paid it off. I was notified and received a voicemail from the XXXX that they would remove my collection from my credit report as it was false reporting ; however, it is still showing on my credit report. I also got written evidence from another party that works with the XXXX that it should have never gone to collections. Once I was able to prove that to the XXXX, is when they notified me that they were going to remove my collection on my credit report. I took a hit on my credit score and it dropped me drastically, and I have been dealing with this stress since XXXX and I have not been able to relax. I pay everything on time, and have been working for a credit score to buy a house. It is extremely frustrating.
