I received a replacement card along with a letter that this card would be coming from : Prepaid Dispute Resolution XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I got the card in the mail and it needs to be activated. I called the phone number to activate it ( XXXX ) and the automated service to activate it says the card is invalid XXXX then transfers me to a representative who says they can not activate it that only the automated service or the website prepaidgiftbalance.com can activate it. When I go to the website I get an error that it can not activate it and then when I try to get more help from the contact me section, it requires a serial number on the back of the card, this is a required field to get to the next screen. There is no serial number on the back of my card. I've repeatedly asked to be transferred to someone who can help me and supervisors. I get hung up on. I get told by the supervisor that these are my only XXXX options and they can transfer me back to the activation line that I've explained I've tried dozens of times at this point and it does not work. I feel I need to sue.
