This complaint is directly linked to my most recent complaint with the CFPB ( Case # XXXX ). When I submitted that case, I mistakenly forgot to include important evidence ( both text and images ). I am now providing this missing information to support my claim. These attached photos clearly demonstrate that the deposit issue was already resolved and that U.S. Bank is wrongfully withholding my funds. As shown in the evidence : On XX/XX/XXXX, U.S. Bank added {$500.00} to my account. That very same day, XX/XX/XXXX, U.S. Bank deducted the exact same {$500.00}, even though those funds were never available to me from the beginning. The screenshots also show the balance before and after the {$500.00} was added and removed, confirming that the deduction came from my own available funds, not from the disputed deposit. This proves that the deposit problem had already been addressed, yet my personal funds continue to be withheld without justification. As of today, my correct balance is {$700.00}. I am not requesting more, and I am not asking for less. That is the exact amount that belongs to me from my personal funds, and it should have been available all along. The transactions are clearly visible in the U.S. Bank application, and I have supporting evidence including photos, screenshots, and a recorded call with a representative. All of this proves that these are my own funds, unrelated to the disputed deposit. I only want what is rightfully mine : the {$700.00}. If U.S. Bank continues to withhold my money, I will pursue legal action for both the financial hardship and the wasted time caused by this unjustified withholding. This is my money, and the bank is wrongfully keeping it from me
