XXXX uses Synchrony and I have my account set to electronic statements only BECAUSE they charge you {$2.00} for paper statement. Obviously we live in an electronic world and I do not need a paper statement. I have received this charge MULTIPLE times and I have called them MULTIPLE TIMES to the point where I am extremely XXXX because they continue to charge me. They have had to refund me all the times and they keep telling me this wont happen anymore yet here we are and I keep getting charged. I want them held accountable for this and I would like my account closed for good. I am sick and tired of having to take time out of my busy day to deal with their XXXX. They are always rude and make it seem like this is my fault. I would appreciate if this gets resolved ASAP Thanks in advance K.
