My Citi XXXX XXXX card ends in XXXX has been closed without any prior notice. I have reached out to the customer service department and requested for re opening the card. The person I have talked to even told me that she didnt even see any particular reason for closing my card and she was sure to reopen it. But I received an email denying my request. I have set up an auto payment which has {$100.00} balance and that payment was never delayed. The unexpected closure of the card resulted in considerable decrease of my credit score upto XXXX points which has been badly affected my credit score. I believe this is just to harass because of my nationality and purely discrimination. I humbly request that necessary action should be taken against the Citi card department.
