I am initiating monthly payments from my XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX checking account to my Citi AAdvantage credit card. Due to an issue with Citi and the Federal ReserveXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is forced to issue a paper check instead of sending the remittance via ACH/electronic credit. Even though I am sending my payments 2-3 days in advance of the payment due date, Citi continues to post my remittance after the due date and charging me interest. Citi has informed me that they can not continue to waive the interest charges as I've already requested them to be reversed over the past several months. This is not my issue -- I am initiing the payments in advance of the due date and Citi is not able to process them on time. I want Citi to reimburse me for the {$140.00} charged to me on XX/XX/XXXX. The last person I spoke to at Citi is XXXX, XXXX, on XX/XX/XXXX. Detail : XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Check XXXX for {$2900.00} was mailed to Citi Cards for receipt by XX/XX/XXXX. Citi posted the payment on XX/XX/XXXX, one day past the XX/XX/XXXX due date.
