Hello, I applied on-line for a Home Depot Citi XXXX ( which I had prior to Citi for years ). I lifted the 3 credit agencies credit freezes and the fraud alert so Citi could do a check. They only use XXXX. I was denied. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Citi processor ; XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for reason of denial. ( Not sure I will be able to upload Documents yet to ur system ) I reviewed all credit reporting agencies statement and there is NO DEROGATORY REASON FOR DENAIL. I called the number in XXXX XXXX XXXX and got the response I would be getting a rationale letter. Still have received ZERO feedback from Citi Credit. Dear XXXX XXXX ( Home Depot Corporate Customer Relations ), I applied for a Citi Home Depot Card this year in order to purchase a {$3500.00} roto tiller and was denied credit. I called the number on the email sent to me. I pulled all 3 agency statements and it appears Citi only uses XXXX ( the worst of all 3 ). I also carry a freezer on my accounts and for the last few years also a fraud alert. I had lifted all of these prior to requesting credit, for the sole purpose to buying from Home Depot. NO OTHER CREDITOR HAS EVER DENIED ME. I XXXX score is normally above XXXX. It is a little lower now as I obtained a mortgage end of last year and paid in full as soon as I could move in the house beginning of this year. Also, purchased a new XXXX last month finish payoff {$37000.00}. Paid off my Home Mortgage this year of {$140000.00}. Only debt is monthly credit card useage which is paid as posted....
