I tried on XX/XX/year> to log into my MOHELA account with the username and account number they provided. I was unable to do so. They do not recognize either. They also do not recognize my date of birth or social security number. I called every number listed, had one person answer, was placed on hold for over 1 hour and 30 minutes and had the call drop. I attempted to log in again today, XX/XX/XXXX, and met the same credential issues. Their website states that interest rates will begin accruing on XX/XX/year>. Due to the government issues with student aid loans, I currently do not know what plan I may or may not be on, may or may not qualify for, what my monthly payment may or may not be, and have no way to ascertain the information from MOHELA. I appreciate any/all assistance and find the situation XXXX XXXX percent unacceptable.
