When my loans were transferred to Aidvantage I was unable to add my bank account with the notice that " the combination of acct & routing number resulted in a rejected payment ''. The notification requested I have my bank send a letter to confirm the account. I had my bank send that letter a few months ago. Because my loans haven't required payment, I've only recently tried adding my bank account again. I saw the same notification that I could not add my account. Last week I emailed customer support about the issue. They marked the issue 'resolved ' and in the resolution only stated that they were looking into it. Today I called the XXXX number. After being placed on hold a few times, with the agent saying they were looking into it, the call ended. Online chat has only given me a ticket number with no resolution. I've completed the requested actions, and have had no help in seeing this issue resolved.
