I owed {$2000.00} from synchrony bank. A debt collector tried to pressure me to pay over the phone. We made agreement on XXXX XXXX, XXXX that my bank will be auto debited ( ACH Debit ) the amount of {$130.00} Decription in my bank XXXX SYNHCRONY PAYMENT XXXX TEL ID : XXXX. We agreed that I pay $ XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX the amount of {$130.00} to settle the account. But it stopped debiting on my bank since XX/XX/XXXX. My last payment was XX/XX/XXXX. I did have funds on my account fornthe succeeding months but it just stopped debiting and without calling me or sending me a letter what happened. Now they are sending me to pay again the whole balance {$2000.00} and they put you paid {$780.00} balance of {$1200.00} which is not agreed in the previous agreement. I am supposed to be done this month for this debt. This is clearly a fraud.
