My daughter, XXXX XXXX, rented from XXXX XXXX from XXXX. Upon moving into the house it was required that everyone above the age of XXXX sign the lease. I signed the lease as a roommate to my daughter. I do not work, as I am XXXX. When we moved in XXXX of 2024 the rental property took my daughters {$2800.00} deposit and charged multiple fraudulent fees like {$5700.00} for dirty walls and various miscellaneous charges. XXXX XXXX had not only ruined my daughters credit but mine as well. Im on a fixed income and live with my daughter. They have put {$8200.00} worth of charges on my credit report and helped to ruin my credit. Heres pictures of the house on our final walkthrough.
