My bag was stolen on XX/XX/year> with my phone and debit card inside. Was desperately looking for it with the help of my friends tracking my phones location and following it across different boroughs. We ultimately found my bag with everything inside inside some bushes at a park on XX/XX/year>. First thing I did was check my bank account and I was astonished when I saw that XXXX dollars were spent on a gambling website. I immediately filed a claim with Chase bank and they denied it without a thought. I called them on XX/XX/year> and spoke with a supervisor who told me theyd reopen the case but its still denied and closed on the App itself. Im currently a college student and that money is a lot to me as I was going to use it to pay for my rent and tuition. Please do the best you can and Ill provide any more information if needed!
