On XX/XX/XXXX I sent out a wire of XXXX. When I make a wire before XXXX it normally gets there same day. We have had times it takes XXXX 2 days. Well a few days passed by, and I called to check up on the status of why they havent received the funds. They told me it can take a few days. The few days past I call them and ask them again about the status of the wire. They told me we had to have some additional information from the recipients bank. I tell my dad which is his other bank to contact them and see what they need. They showed him an email saying the wire process, was there but no funds were ever sent. I called Bank of America, they said all the can do is reach out to the third party XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that they only talk via email because they have to keep track of everything. Everytime a message was sent we had to wait XXXX hours. I would call back almost everyday trying to see the status. One of the calls had even said the wire was rejected on XX/XX/XXXX, the day after I had sent out the wire. I then talked to someone else they had transferred me too. They had said sorry we are going to do a complain on that person because we dont know why he said that. Then they tell me we cant do anything until the third party responds. All the steps were done. I waited. I even had the other party confirm everything they needed. We are just waiting for the funds. I called on day and they told me the funds were already returned. That all they had to do was release them. They told me he was going to escalate is so I can get quicker. I get transferred, then they say that they are sorry we dont know why he told you that we are going to file a complain against him. XXXX people have told me this. All these are different days. They keep telling me the third party bank hasnt responded to Bank of America. They are the ones who are partnered with them. My money should securely be able to be tracked correctly. I was suppose to get a call back from a XXXX with in XXXX hours. go check on my wires I send out. It says XX/XX/XXXX it says failed- recipients account number is incorrect. I do all my wires on my mobile app. When I select the contact I am sending too, I can not edit any information on that contact. It was impossible for me to put the incorrect account number. I have sent out over XXXX times to that account. Everything is in order with the other person account. They receive wires as well. I feel lied to, this is really effecting me in many ways.
