My mom added me as a autherized user on her sams club credit card and this is a synchrony bank card. This was being reported to XXXX XXXX XXXX. For some unknown reason the account is no longer being reported to XXXX. I called synchrony bank and my mom also called and they confirmed they will force report it and make sure it is reported to XXXX. It had been 30 days and it was just updated as paid in full on XXXX however it is still not being reported to XXXX.
