Consumer Narrative

I have been banking with Bank Of America since XXXX. I have contacted bank of america regarding unauthorized transactions on my account that was filed as a billing dispute instead of fraud mishandled and claim was denied and requested for reevaluation and open a fraud unauthorized transaction for the rest of the unauthorized transactions only to find out it was misfiled again as billing dispute claims not fraud. Bank of america account was put on restriction and was instructed to go to any bank of america branch to open a new account to replace the old bank account number that was on XX/XX/XXXX. As of XXXX XXXX I was locked out of my account and denied access. I went to bank and was denied of opening an account to replace the old account number that they are closing. I have on going claims and closed that I demand resolution per EFTA Regulation E and XXXX liability guarantee that they fail to do a proper investigation.
