I added chase credit card offer of 10 % cash back on XXXX, up to {$16.00}, offer expires XX/XX/XXXX. After adding that offer, I made purchase online on XX/XX/XXXX for {$100.00} and I'm expecting {$10.00} cash back. Chase refuses to give me cash back because they say that my transaction was not posted until XXXX. I checked the terms and it says " payment must be made on or before offer expiration date '' and there's no requirement for the post date. Hence I think I should be qualified for the cash back.
