On XX/XX/scrub> 2025, I deposited cash at a US Bank ATM. The deposit did not clear and has not appeared in my account. I contacted US Bank to report the issue, but instead of investigating, a representative told me, You accused us of stealing, so I wont talk more, and refused to help further. I am requesting that this deposit be properly traced and credited. I have the date and approximate time of the deposit. US Banks refusal to investigate or communicate is unacceptable and appears to violate standard banking practices.Additionally, due to this delay, I am now facing late charges on my XXXX XXXX account because the missing deposit prevented me from making a timely payment. US Banks failure to credit my funds caused financial harm and reputational damage. I request that US Bank not only trace and credit the deposit immediately, but also compensate me for any late fees, and formally acknowledge their error in writing.
