Key Bank retaliated against me for complaining about anti XXXX XXXX behaviors of its employees at its XXXX XXXX, Washington and XXXX, Washington branch offices in XX/XX/year>. The so-called escalation team denied any issues occurred and continuously gaslit me in order to shift blame onto me as a problematic consumer. The first incident occurred in early XX/XX/year>XXXX at the XXXX XXXX, Washington branch where XXXX XXXX XXXX bank tellers completely ignored me upon arrival because they believed I had no right to come into the bank. They bank teller who handled my transaction treated me with sheer contempt by talking to me condescendingly and displaying a flippant attitude. She feigned ignorance by pretending not to know how to do her job in order to force me to validate that I had an account at the bank. I responded by stating to her in a similar condescending tone that since she understood XXXX, one of the requirements for her job, that she had the ability to complete the transaction. The XXXX woman completed the transaction and used the silent buzzer to contact XXXX XXXX Police Department to report the presence of a " suspicious and threatening XXXX male '' at the branch. I later contacted a local civil rights attorney who is currently reviewing that situation. A few weeks later in XXXX, I went to a scheduled meeting with XXXX XXXX at the XXXX, Washington Key Bank branch to notarize documents. XXXX XXXX refused to notarize the legal documents because a XXXX XXXX presented them to her. XXXX XXXX incessantly gaslit me with excuses for why she did not believe me or that my documents were valid. Another banking representative XXXX XXXX, her witness, stated that he was not notarizing legal documents either. He did not want to notarize legal documents from a XXXX person. XXXX XXXX lost his professional composure and went of the rails describing how he detested my presence in the bank and that he was going to call the XXXX Police Department to remove me from the bank. I told him flatly that the police were not going to come simply because you called them on somebody that you didn't like because you couldn't control them. Both Key Bank XXXX, Washington branch employees XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX purposefully displayed hostile and argumentative behavior towards me simply because of race, ethnicity, and gender because they come from cultures where they do not respect the humanity and rights of XXXX Americans. It is because of the cruel and damaging face-to-face interactions with the banking staff at Key Bank branches in XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX Washington that I have ceased to communicate with any of its representatives. For filing formal complaints against its XXXX XXXX XXXX employees, Key Bank has put my checking and savings account into collections and threatened to report the checking account to XXXX XXXX in order to hurt my credit standing. I have also contacted an attorney to rectify this situation as well. Both XXXX XXXX and XXXX branches have very poor ratings on XXXX and XXXX for their crass customer service. However, Key Bank will not review the feed bank and make the necessary changes to improve customer relations.
