Im writing CFPB in regard to my rights as a consumer. Ive been writing and calling every credit bureau and company trying to address the adverse credit on my credit. Per 15 USC 1681B the credit bureaus are violating my rights. Ive sent my identification and Social Security number with my address above to XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. I have no power on their end to correct my credit. I have been trying to do this since XX/XX/scrub> 2023. I get automatic responses by email and have received some mail. Ive called XXXX XXXX, and XXXX, and they all had the same response. Their process is looking a credit reports and not calling or contacting the companies to investigate one at a time. They all have blatantly ignored my rights as a consumer. Nothing has been deleted at all. XXXX responds only once, via email, and XXXX responds via mail and an automatic response. XXXX XXXX responded once as well. I have requested that all companies listed on my credit bureaus respond, and I will be emailing a few responses as part of a complaint. Some companies have charged off, and I have responded to the following companies : XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. No prevail in getting any kind of debt validation and trying to be taken to court. A creditors contacted me after sending a cease and desist letter. Please investigate and have these debts removed from my credit reports immediately, per my rights. I appreciate your time in this matter, thank you.
