XX/XX/XXXX : I receive an email that my loans are in forbearance and I am a part of the XXXX program. On XXXX and XXXX my loans show 0.000 % interest and zero accrued interest. There was a small amount of interest accrued after I graduated in XXXX that I immediately paid off. So between XXXX to XXXX my loans have not accrued interest and remained at the principal balance. XX/XX/XXXX : I receive an email from Mohela that my loans will continue to accrue interest while in forbearance. Then my loans show accrued interest charges. For example one loan accrued an interest of 13 % despite the Mohela website saying that specific loan was accruing 0.000 % interest. However on the XXXX website it shows that it is set to accrue at 4.53 % XX/XX/XXXX : I call Mohela- I am led to a voice message that requests I call again at a later time. The call immediately hangs up. I email Mohela requesting a statement of my loans and to explain how one specific loan accrued 13 % in interest in one month despite the Mohela site stating that my loans are accruing zero interest. XX/XX/XXXX : I call Mohela and receive the same voice message and hang up. Today I noticed discrepancies between the XXXX site and the XXXX site. Certain dollar amounts are not aligning to what the other website is stating.
