The charge was on XXXXand the dispute was created on XX/XX/year> after I reached out to the company for help to resolve the issue and no help was provided through any avenue via phone or email the communication stopped once the payment was processed. I provided Goldman and sach all email correspondence along with text thread of me trying to reach the company for help and to refund the charge. It was a lifetime subscription that I never used or seen a day of services and even to this day I can not access what was supposed to be a lifetime subscription nor is the company in correspondence the site does not even recognize my email! Goldman and sach has sided with the criminals who have created a fraudulent company taking people money, I provided them with information that this company has been deemed fraud and still they deny my dispute.
