My XXXX XXXX started with XXXX XXXX and were later Transferred to Mohela. In XXXX a loan in the amount of {$64000.00} was disbursed from XXXX XXXX. I have made payments totaling {$20000.00}. As of today, my loan now at {$79000.00}. They have applied a total of {$440.00} to the Principal Balance in 11 years. How am I ever going to pay off these Student Loans if they refuse to apply my payments to the principal XXXX? I don't know what to do anymore and this is very upsetting.
