XXXX ) I emailed the real store, and they told me that " Unfortunately, there are copycat websites impersonating our brand by using our imagery and branding without permission. These sites are not affiliated with us and may be selling non-authentic products. We take this very seriouslyyour trust means everything to us, and were actively working to protect our customers and our brand from these bad actors. We take these matters very seriously to ensure our customers receive genuine products After our initial investigation, we've confirmed that your order was not purchased through our official site, XXXX.
