I have contacted Citi Bank several times about not being able to add my card on XXXX wallet. They say they tried to fix it and to try to add it and it does not work. I also could not contact them, I was on hold for over an hour and never spoke to anybody about why my charge was not working at a location I was getting my semi truck I use for business repaired and could not pay for the repairs because they had declined my charge when the repair facility tried to charge my account.
