XX/XX/XXXX Total interest on loans today : {$1200.00} Ive been in forbearance since XX/XX/XXXX. I paid all the interest and made payments from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX and paid off an entire loan. I should not have any interest on any of my loans while in this forbearance, as stated it had 0 % interest the entire time. The statement from XXXX that listed the increase in interest - I also called then and NO response or fix. Total today ( XX/XX/XXXX ) : XXXX Current interest : {$1200.00} ( incorrect bc I had XXXX as of XX/XX/XXXX and none should be accruing ) My current balance should be : {$43000.00} Also sent 2 emails to MOHELA and XXXX with no response. XX/XX/XXXX - Called MOHELA, spoke with XXXX and mentioned the above, call ended around XXXX XXXX XXXX - Said XXXX is in charge of interest and accrual - Requested payment history so I can see when interest accrued - Live chatting with XXXX at XXXX with XXXX ( case number is XXXX ) - Told me to submit a complaint and sent a link.. - They said Im NOT supposed to have interest but no one knows how to fix it or who fixes it. She said though to file a complaint and then they will get a servicer to talk to mohela - Complaint submitted at XXXX, case number XXXX - Complaint submitted with cfpb : ID FOR COMPLAINT SENT TO MOHELA STUDENT LOAN COMPANY XXXX Important to Note and Documents Attached Below : Total Interest XX/XX/XXXX : {$0.00} Total Interest from document received on XX/XX/XXXX : {$480.00} Total Interest from document received on XX/XX/XXXX : {$1200.00} You can see that interest has accrued on all of my loans and needs to be removed before XX/XX/XXXX.
