Consumer Narrative
I called USBank about getting assistance because I had got laid off my job my loan went in to forbearance, I spoke to a customer service rep before the forbearance was about to end due to the fact that I could not pay XXXX all at once because I do not have it. She told me she would send me an application out to roll the that balance back to loan. And then I could make my monthly payments but the payments might be larger. I received the application filled it out and uploaded to the USBANK website. Once again they denied my application without providing a reason yet they keep sending me foreclose threats! I had to contact XXXX XXXX on them because they approved the hardship forbearance then sent a letter out that it was not approved. Fannie Mae had to contact them so I could know what was exactly going on. They denied me because I did not fill out the co-borrower information... I am the only one on the loan. I think they are retaliating against me for reporting them to you. I am searching for other resources to help me catch up but they keep offering me assistance then denying it. It is a total waist of time. I have made some monthly payments but they are ruing my credit reputation they say that the loan is 75 days past due. I do not have the current balance since I have been making my regular monthly payments.
