XX/XX/year> XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX in XXXX Georgia pulled the shadiest sales tactics and add-ons I have ever heard of or seen or taken part of in my all car buying years I've been alive buying cars XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX guy is a criminal straight up criminal first of all he pulled my credit 15 hard poles to and when I called up there later on down the road when I figured out why he pulled my credit 15 times and I asked him why he pulled 15 hard pulls on my credit and he told me shopping for the best deal and 27 % interest is what they came up with that to me seems like a horrible deal not a good deal well I got a call to come up the following day after discussing and working out a deal with the car after they did all their paperwork The car went from XXXX to {$17000.00} with all their extra fees and add-ons with warranty which I didn't request any of it they said that the finance company said that they weren't financed me the car unless I added an extended warranty which the extended warranty didn't work at all cuz we had a major breakdown and the mechanic shop that worked on the car so that the warranty people denied it that being said I went back up to the dealership and I signed the paperwork to find out that it was an increase in cost of three over {$3000.00} by {$2700.00} deposit was made I then owed {$14000.00} and some change remaining balance and 27 % interest and I hesitated to sign the deal and XXXX the sales guy for the finance guy I should say told me don't stress you can refinance the loan in 6 months well guess what consumer portfolio services doesn't do they don't refinance and this deal had me so upside down when I left the dealership I was XXXX upside down as opposed to the value of the car could you imagine that so when I went to refinance it every company I talk to told me you owe way too much money on the car versus its value You're stuck guess what I was stuck with a company that didn't care that I was locked into in atrocious rate and I owed as much sales they didn't care but the real problem I have is I left that dealership that day thinking I was financed in the vehicle nobody ever told me that in two weeks I was going to receive a phone call from finance company to finalize the financing well when I left the dealership the interest rate that I saw on paper and signed was 27 % isn't it just ironic how two weeks later a finance company finances me after making it sound like they weren't going to finance before said 27 % that seems like it's cooked books if you ask me and XXXX let 's talk about how terrible the company they are let 's talk about their repossession tactics their fear mongering and their non-stop harassing phone calls emails like they are non-stop still The car is charged off it is written off debt as charged off and they still harass me daily today I just received an email the lady told me what was my attorney 's name cuz I told him I was going to file the suit with the CFPB she said oh yeah what's your attorney 's name we have the right to call and we have the right to email not as many times as you do sorry but you don't I would steer clear of both of these companies shot and XXXX the worst dealership on the planet XXXX the absolute biggest fraud of the finance guy who should probably not be allowed to do financing at dealerships he is criminal 100 % criminal and should face charges cuz again nobody told me that this was a pre-authorization I've taken that car off the dealership lot I went and put four new tires on it and all brakes for a cost of like {$2200.00} bucks what happens if they told me that car needed to come back as it wasn't mine do you think they would give me the {$2200.00} back I think not it's a really dirty tactic they used and I had not one bit of a clue that it was done like that but my bigger problem is 27 % interest 2 weeks later consumer portfolios locks me in for 27 % interest cash price was XXXX after all the added nonsense the car went from a cash price of XXXX to selling price of XXXX but wait after more fees and add bogus warranty that never worked XXXX - XXXX leaving a balance of XXXX I only wanted to put down XXXX down payment I was pressured a forced told I would ever get financing anywhere with out that much down. My credit although far from perfect at the time I wasn't bankrupt or have any repossession on it it was limited credit and a few late payments and a charge off but my income was 6 figure strong XXXX rigged up very very favorable deal for himself on some disgusting terms, sales guy and XXXX new how bad I needed a vehicle for my wife as I had a company vehicle they both new it was urgent and well they absolutely used it against me I literally called up to speak with XXXX 10 or so times only catching him on the phone one time and totally blew me off when I asked him about the deal and why I was only pre-authorization and it's strange that XXXX adopted the 27 % interest so theoretically a XXXX sale vehicle at the end of the terms would have cost me XXXX for a vehicle at the time of purchase only XXXX XXXX for XXXX grand if that The moment I drove it off the lot it was {$7800.00} value according to my XXXX XXXX property value XXXX the moment I drove it off the lot I was so upside down that moment that I was never be able to refinance it I was never going to get out of that 27 % interest rate and they knew it they flat out knew it that's the criminality of it XXXX is one of the biggest criminals in all of auto finance in the entire history of auto finance he is not a good person
