I am submitting this complaint regarding Bank of America 's failure to properly investigate and reimburse me for two unauthorized transactions on my account ending in XXXX totaling {$3900.00}. I filed fraud claims on XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Claim Numbers : XXXX and XXXX ), which were denied on XXXX XXXX XXXX on the grounds that the charges were authorized or made by someone with permission to use the account.
