Consumer Narrative
I have a very good credit score, multiple cards without balance and credit limits up to XXXX. I have applied for a credit card with US Bank and have received a limit of {$500.00}. I considered this a joke, and u asked to close the card. I called and asked to delete all my data. I was transferred to Underwriting where a female rep named XXXX XXXX XXXX, who stated she is the only one working there with that name, stated she is not familiar with how to delete my data. This looks unethical and a way to collect data and then have staff who states they never heard of California Consumer Privacy Act.
