Unfortunately, this led to significant delay and hardship, as the funds were not returned in a timely manner despite repeated escalations. Additionally, I was provided an incorrect reference number by Chase, and after multiple calls, I was told conflicting information about the wire status. When I asked to escalate or confirm the transaction, I was either given vague responses ( its in processing ) or no confirmation at all. Eventually, I was told no wire had yet been sent despite having been told otherwise. This delay has caused considerable financial distress and lost time.
