On XX/XX/2025 I went to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX told me over the phone prior to driving to her acupuncture office, that she accepts my insurance and that my copays would be {$0.00}. When I showed up, I didn't receive any services at all, and she flipped the script and told me she won't accept my insurance and that I would have to pay full price for any office visits with her. I ended up leaving the office, and then I noticed she fraudulently charged my credit card {$75.00}. I NEVER received any services from her so she should not have done this. I went home and disputed the fraudulent charge to Bank of America, and she ended up receiving a letter in the mail stating this. She then proceeds to call me multiple times and leave me a threatening voicemail, then she emails me with more threats. She ended up charging me once again for an additional {$75.00}. Once again, I have NEVER received any services from her office. She keeps committing fraud using my credit card. I disputed this claim too. But the original, first claim that I disputed ended up getting denied. Bank of America is not helping me out whatsoever. Please help me get back my {$150.00} that was fraudulently charged.
