A few days ago, I received an alarming alert from my XXXX account that DEPT OF EDXXXX had reported my account to be negative/delinquent after knowing that this account was paid in full and off/consolidated with another lender. I had been in direct communications with both. This false information severely affected my credit score! Please see the documents further confirming my statement. I am asking that DEPT OF ED/XXXX update the information properly and accurately on my XXXX account and remove this false statement effectively and immediately. This is definitely abuse of power and authority!
