My private XXXX XXXX XXXX application was initially denied by XXXX without explanation. This loan was later transferred to Mohela. I contacted Mohela and was told they have copy of denial, but no reason stated. I had to file another XXXX application with Mohela. I found copy of the original document with loan dates. This document was not signed by me. My name appeared on form in typed format. The loan I'm being charged for was signed by an authorized school official signed as XXXX XXXX XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX. I submitted copy of this form as proof to Mohela and spoke with an advocate who guided me on what to provide to gain better chance of getting loan discharged. That application was also denied but this time by Mohela. I was notified by email on XX/XX/XXXX. No reason given. I made numerous calls to Mohela only to have no answer, long wait times, no live person to speak with and no access to website to login to view my account. All XXXX XXXX loans were discharged by the Biden-Harris administration . And again, this loan document was not signed by me, interest on this loan is much more than loan original balance. This information further proves misleading information and misconduct. Please assist with getting Mohela to discharge this private loan. No success in attempts to reach Mohela.
