around XXXX XX/XX/year> I was trying to checkout on a website for an engagement ring that was a little over XXXX. The first transaction was declined and I received a text. I said YES, waited a few minutes and tried again. So I tried a third time which was declined. And according to the bank when that happened it was because the website I was buying from declined it. So I spoke to the website and we went through a process and all should have been good. But when I tried to purchase again it was declined ; I signed into my online bank and saw that they declined it. So I called the bank again and after some back and forth they eventually told me I had to go into a physical bank and verify myself. It was XXXX over here, that's insane. I had the credit, I was concurrent on all payments, and they have no right to withhold my purchase just because they feel like it. They charge me fees and interest all the time. I have the right to use my credit card when I please. Especially after verifying myself.
