Between XXXX and XX/XX/year>2025, I made multiple purchases from XXXX XXXX using my Apple Card. I returned nearly everything XXXX separate orders and have XXXX tracking receipts to prove the merchandise was delivered back to the retailer. But instead of issuing refunds to my Apple Card, XXXX XXXX issued me over {$5200.00} in store credit, which I neither wanted nor agreed to. I disputed these charges through XXXXpple Card/Goldman Sachs . Initially, I received provisional credits while the disputes were being investigated. But on or around XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/year>2025, the disputes were closed and the charges rebilled to me with the excuse that the merchant already issued a credit. Lets be clear : store credit is not a refund. I did not receive actual money back. I returned the merchandise in full compliance with the retailers policies, and I should have been refunded to my original method of payment my Apple Card. Apple Card and Goldman Sachs failed to protect me as a cardholder. I followed the rules. I provided all the proof. Instead of advocating for me, you sided with a merchant that withheld over XXXX XXXX dollars of my money and handed me unusable store credit like thats an equal exchange. Its not.
