I opened my checking account with the US bank earlier last year, which I never had issues with them.. I initiated a wire transfer to my other account after few hours they called me saying they dont approve wires to crypto app which I never know, I said okay .. they immediately said they will close my account I never had issues with that not you holding my XXXX money for months! I keep calling and no one is responding or saying anything about my money all they say is we are still investigating the amount! What investigation? Do you know how important the amount is to me? Please I need my money sent out to me
