I previously filed CFPB Case # XXXX regarding a promotional interest loan originally serviced by Ally XXXX and later transferred to Synchrony Bank . Unfortunately, the issue was not properly addressed by the bank. I lived at the address on file during the entire 24-month interest-free promotion. However, I did not consistently receive monthly billing statements from Synchrony Bank. Prior to the loan transfer, Ally XXXX sent sporadic email payment reminders that did not include my remaining balance or any clear warning that the interest-free promotion would expire on XX/XX/year>.
