Consumer Narrative

Chase is willfully reporting fraudulent credit card accounts to all three credit bureaus, despite being provided a notarized identity theft affidavit, FTC ID Theft Report, police report, XXXX proof of delivery ( XX/XX/year> ), and clearance from XXXX XXXX XXXX and ChexSystems. They reinserted a previously deleted account without proper verification and mailed the reinsertion notice to an address I have never lived at. I provided a notarized affidavit of addresses showing this. This violates FCRA 605B, 611 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( B ), and 623. Chase also retaliated during XXXX XXXX calls and mishandled XXXX prior CFPB complaints. I am demanding full deletion of all fraudulent tradelines and financial compensation for damages.
