It has come to my attention my personal information has been exposed in a national data breach. Reviewing my credit report, I noticed some accounts I am not familiar with. I have asked the CRA 's for validation of debts, however the information has not been provided. Due to my information being expose, I have submitted an FTC complaint reporting the information I am not familiar with. Please find attached a copy of my ID, the FTC complaints, a copy of the XXXX report showing my information being exposed in a national data breach and a validation of debt letter.
