I paid {$4200.00} for services then the company closed down and is being sued by hundreds of people for charging them and not providing services. Synchrony bank told me basically too bad and will not even credit me XXXX XXXX of the amount. I thought there were consumer protection laws for this reason. I supplied countless court documents showing the company closed down and they are being sued but they told me it doesnt prove I didnt get my services. The court documents literally show they are being sued for charging customers and not providing service.
