First of all I didn't try to fix anything because they never answered the phone I was on hold for XXXX minutes XXXX time and XXXX the next that wasn't waiting any longer. They use that higher than normal call volume excuse that anybody that has automation and customer service uses like people don't know better. Anyway my complaint is about the surge credit card. I believe the parent company is XXXX finance. This company does not credit payments timely does not credit payments correctly and it's impossible to get a hold of somebody straighten it out I've had to do this XXXX time before. I called today using their automation line, and without credit limit of {$750.00} my balance for {$650.00}. By most people 's math that would mean I have {$100.00} to whichever way. When I called my available credit was minus {$1.00} now that's math trick that I haven't figured out yet. I got most of this out of my system on trust pilot but I figure I'm going to file my complaint. I paid my bill XXXX weeks ago and the credit still has not been freed up but that XXXX be due to the fact that they don't know how to do math because there's no possible way I could be {$1.00} in the hole when I have {$100.00} to play with. This is not a one-time thing.. I honestly think they should be looked into but I would be happy if you could get them to respond and hopefully correct the error that they seem to make every month. When this keeps happening XXXX after XXXX, there's something very wrong I don't want to have to not pay their bill to get their attention. If you could help it would be most appreciated.
