Fraudulent transactions, someone is using or has all my personal information including cards, driver 's license, ITIN number, date of birth, mailing address, all my information, they have even made purchases trying to sign in my name. Citi Bank did nothing and also didnt provide me with information about the fraudulent charges. Citi Bank took the easy way out by avoiding all responsibility and closing my accounts even though there was a balance inside the account and not giving me any information at all.
