On XX/XX/XXXX 2025 I called XXXX they told me to call XXXX XXXX about the card about benefits I hadn't received, XXXX say they sent information to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX25, I did get payment expected date XX/XX/XXXX/25, XXXX came no check I called XX/XX/XXXX these people had did nothing when XXXX office sent information on XXXX/25.so they sent me a card XXXX balance?? I called they said that was another benefit card, I called XXXX they said there is no other benefit card on file for me, but they sent the card with XXXX balance even after telling me the amount on my card.so I had to pay expedited fee they were to pay they did. now I am late with fees on fixed income these cards are a rip off all bills on time hadn't been late until now. I had paper check I don't know why XXXX did this account when in notes they said I did decline. The problem today I called 15 times they had me on hold all day hanging up telling me I can't use my card when I just received yesterday used to day now I can't use it to pay other bills they locked my card telling me now I need ID but the XXXX office gave them all info and I as well over the phone. So I wanted to remove funds bc I had problems and just got the card XX/XX/XXXX/25, I will find a bank and use instead XXXX put me on it I asked them why? then info shifted to XXXX XXXX and they ignored or was trying to scam me out my funds had I not called on XX/XX/XXXX also a different card they sent me telling me it another benefit, lied no other benefits XXXX says when only XXXX know of a the benefit distribution and to what card. There are more than one.i want to take monies off and close accounts I will go elsewhere. I will contact XXXX office as well. Just got this card ( XXXX ) Yesterday used this morning now I cant.
