I requested a validation of debt from Portfolio Recovery and never received any type response however the account in question was deleted in 2024. However this unknown debt has reappeared and Portfolio Recovery is unable to tell me why. I received no notice or explanation to why this account was deleted and add back to my credit report without my knowledge. Stated company is providing false certifications. And after reviewing my credit report I believe this company is altering account information as there has been changes made to the original debt information provide
