I have filed 3 disputes with BlackHawk Network regarding missing refunds from failed transactions. All 3 concern XXXX gift cards serviced by XXXX. Each case involves the amount of {$200.00} which was supposed to be transferred to a reloadable debit card at a XXXX XXXX XXXX The first instance occurred on XXXX ( XXXX card ending in XXXX ). I submitted the company 's dispute form on XXXX. It was assigned the case number XXXX. The second instance occurred on XXXX ( XXXX card ending in XXXX ). I submitted my second dispute case on XXXX. It was assigned the case number XXXX. This number was subsequently changed to XXXX which apparently combined both cases. The third instance occurred on XXXX ( XXXX card ending in XXXX ). Since I did not receive a cashiers receipt of the failed transaction at the XXXX XXXX XXXX, I contacted their corporate office by email and was told that they were not able to find a transaction with the card number in question. I submitted a third dispute form with XXXX. They acknowledged receipt and assigned it a new case number : XXXX. I am not sure whether this case number covers all 3 instances. I have submitted all records that BlackHawk Network requested. I have also spoken to their phone representatives several times and was promised an expedited resolution on XXXX since all documentation was complete. Notwithstanding that, I received another email on XXXX requesting pictures and purchase receipt of one of the gift cards. On XXXX I received another email from XXXX claiming they are still working on my dispute, referring to case number XXXX. Whether through ineptitude or a lack of good faith, XXXX has failed to refund my missing {$600.00} in the time they promised. There is a reprehensible lack of clarity and professionalism in their process. I had to remind them twice that my last dispute case concerns {$200.00}, not the {$500.00} they kept referring to in their notices. I can only hope their professed working with the merchant ( s ) has been taking place. I am skeptical because finding out from the XXXX XXXX XXXX that no funds were ever received by them took me only a few days, rather than months.
