Been seeing time to time suspicious activity on my account about a couple weeks ago and mentioned that I needed my account to be checked for suspicious activity and was at the time handled. However on, XXXX Received a message from Chase asking if I attempted to wire transfer money to someone and immediately I said no. Shorty after, received a call from someone from chase from the fraud department ( something along that ) and spoke in securing my account since its been hacked and to move my money to a safe account. Spoke to this person for about an hour. Was told to go to a local chase bank, talk to a clerk and withdraw money ( {$3600.00} ) and later deposit to a new account. Used XXXX XXXX on phone to put in a secure bank account and passed on the money. Once done, the person I spoke to told me by XXXX ( today XXXX ) I will get a call back from him about this situation. As it later came to my attention that none of that shouldve occurred as I soon enough find out after speaking to an actual service representative that Ive been fooled into trusting the situation. I gave up {$3600.00} to a chase account I no longer have saved on the phone. Not sure how. Still have both number and text message I received.
