the accounts in question do not belong to me and they were not authorized by me. they were created due to fraud, for that reason alone they must be removed per 15 usc 1681b. i have not supplied proof under the octrine of stoppel by silence, Engelhardt v Gravens ( mo ) 281 SW 715,719 i may presume that no proof of the alleged debt nor therefore any such debt, in fact exists.
