I am a victim of Identity Theft and have notified the creditor as well as the credit reporting agencies. I have provided police reports as well as FTC ID Theft reports. The creditor, Apple Card has failed to provide me one piece of documentation to validate these accounts. Apple Card has been notified on multiple occasions that these accounts were fraudulently obtained using my information. The credit reporting agencies have removed the fraudulent accounts with my police report, yet Apple Card continues to readd the fraudulent account to my credit report. They have yet to provide me sufficient documents to validate that I opened and authorized this account. The account is closed and charged off and after they were notified that the account was due to my Identity being stolen, it should not be readded to my credit file. Apple has received a copy of my Police report as well as ID Theft report.
